Hospital recommended strongly that we stay with you. But you won me over with your exceptionally kind people...everyone I've met in three stays. if you ever need a recommendation, count on me. I could choose anywhere, every time I'm in McAlester, I choose you. Thanks for caring for my Dad like he was your own. I work better because of you. Was travelling alone. As a woman, I felt comfortable and safe at this place. Everyone was helpful and courteous. The smell of the place was inviting and fresh. Even the towels and linens smelled good! Everyone on staff who saw me, spoke to me and welcomed me. The puzzle in the lobby, the cool massage chair, the neat books on the coffee table, the variety of soft inviting chairs, the color tones of the area, and the soft music and available computer made for a home-like atmosphere. Breakfast was much more than I expected. With the breakfast chef more than accommodating. I really enjoyed my business stay and would recommend the place to others and will depend upon returning. Pool area was #1 quality, also. Only problem was that Arby's drive through had a fairly good view of the pool area. LOL I waved! --Viki

The massage chair was a welcome sight after a rainy drive, the breakfast was great, nice touch with books in lobby to look at, and room decor with emphasis on military/troops was exceptional. Thank you. --Dave

Wow...thats all I can really say. I travel alot and this has got to be the best place ever...I work in customer service and was in town doing work at the ammo plant. The staff here even beats out those 5 star resorts that I take my wife to. I was in town for work and Chris was at the desk. What can I say he was helpful friendly, heck he even laughed at my jokes. I was able to observe Chris in the lobby, not hiding behind the front desk, chatting with guest, making them feel at home. He gets an A++ for customer service (I've never been to a hotel where the staff actually goes out of their way to talk to guest). Then I met Jarah upon checkout and what a sweet girl--even though Chris and Jarah are shifts apart, they compliment each other so well, it's nice to have such a awesome guy who is glad that you're there and that you made it safely and then you have this sweet girl, that wishes your travels well. Great hotel...Mr Kenny Edwards--you have a great staff and they are all keepers...The rooms were great too..I was amazed by the reason for not having a bill slid under the door (because the doors and jams are tight to keep out noise) and you can tell...I didnt hear a peep out of the lobby and the place was booked.

Our stay at the AmericInn in McAlester, Oklahoma was outstanding. My wife and I had the best nights sleep ever, it was so quiet and comfortable. I assure you that when we are traveling we will look for the AmericInn sign. --Ron

Absolutey wonderful hotel - snacks, games, books and movies were an amazing extra. The morning breakfast is top notch, and better than all hotels. If the mattresses were slightly more comfortable - you would be at 120%!!!! --Tracy

I am overwhelmed by the entire experience here. You have THE MOST beautiful hotel/inn I've ever seen "on the road". I travel everywhere and am so impressed with the total package of your establishment; from the Christian music upon my arrival (what a blessing and surprise!) to the warm welcome from James at your front desk (he's a jewel of a man; so kind, so genuine and informative) to the warm cookies fireplace, puzzle, Christian books in the lobby, wonderful choice of DVDs at the front desk! Your housekeeping staff is precious (especially Janue on the second floor)... Martiana at the front desk is a keeper! She is dear and so smart with the most affectionate warm welcoming laugh and smile. This HAS to be the best AmericInn in the country! Your General Manager is amazing! He is a so personable and genuine. He cares for your customers/guests and is so proud of your Inn. Paul and Mary Krienke are to be congratulated and are blessed among men.

Last Saturday while staying at your place I had a Gall Bladder attack at 12:30am. Kenny Edwards was so wonderful to help us. He called an Ambulance first, then called his wife to the motel so my husband (who is in a wheelchair and had to drive our SUV)could follow her to the hospital. All of this at such an early hour in the morning. We appreciated this so much. -- Louise
Kenny and his staff are incredible! He always services his guests with a great attention to detail, and wants every experience with him to be satisfying.
I will ALWAYS come to the AmericInn.
